Adult BJJ All Levels

All belt levels are welcome.

The class will consist of a BJJ oriented warmup, technique instruction based on what we are detailing for the week, drilling, and Live Rolling.

Kids BJJ

On our schedule we have organized the age groups so that there are multiple opportunities to train during the week for different ages. We will be adding No-Gi classes and Competition Classes for those that are motivated to compete.

Adult BJJ Fundamentals

This Class is for Brand New Students/ White belts*

This is where you get your crash-course on the Fundamentals of BJJ. It is where you will learn the basic concepts & techniques that will carry you throughout all the belt levels. It all starts here. If you don't have a solid foundation then you won't be able to apply higher-level techniques, and whats worse, you won't be truly letting Jiu-Jitsu adapt to your own unique body-type and athletic ability.

* White Belts will be in this class until an Instructor deems them ready to be able to join the Advanced Classes.

Judo

Judo classes will be taught by the World-Class and well respected 8th-Dan Black Belt Joe Turchiano. Sensei Joe studied at the famous Kodokan in Japan from 1960-1964 and has continued his journey in Judo ever since. This is a great opportunity to learn the art of stand-up throws to enhance your Jiu-Jitsu experience. Classes will be at the same time as fundamentals on certain days.

Open Mat

Open Mat will be on Sundays and will be open to Advanced students and white belts who have enough experience and who has been approved by an instructor/black belt.

There will be an Instructor on the mat at all times.

This is your time to work on the techniques learned during the week, get some extra rolls in, do some conditioning work, or simply come on in and loosen up and get to know the other HJJ members that you may not see during the week.

Speed & Agility Training

Designed to benefit athletes that participate in any sport, our Speed & Agility Training program can be utilized individually, in a small group, or with your whole team. Sessions will cover skills and attributes that benefit all sports such as Dynamic Warmups, Acceleration, Change of Direction, Agility, Plyometrics, and Relative Bodyweight Strength. Have your whole team come in for a trial session, no matter what sport!

Yoga

Yoga will be held Saturday mornings and on certain days after the Adult BJJ class. It will be based on instructor availability each week. Classes will be taught by none other than renowned Certified RYT Jacqlyn Grace and her Instructors!
